John Hedberg (Owner and Manager) John Hedberg is the owner and manager of the Princeton Business Park which he founded with his father in 1984. For over 35 years John has prided himself in being a hands-on landlord dedicated to serving his tenants and helping them grow their businesses. John is easily accessible since he works on the premises along with his wife, Marion, who assists in the daily office tasks. John has consistently improved and upgraded the facilities to meet and exceed their evolving and growing needs. The Princeton Business Park consists of eight buildings and offers a range of spaces including laboratory, cleanroom, office, warehouse, and light industrial. As an active member of the Rocky Hill community, John supports various organizations including the Rocky Hill Fire Department and the Rocky Hill Rescue Squad.
